Polaroid announces camera Android

Polaroid at CES introduced the SC1630, a camera with Android operating system. But it was unclear whether we can also use it for calls.

According to the announcement made by Polaroid, the SC1630 is a camera "intelligent", which includes Android, 16 megapixel sensor and a 3x optical zoom. The screen is tactile, and connectivity in the field of the SC1630 offers Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Polaroid says that with the SC1630 "no longer need to choose between your smartphone and a camera, because [it] offers the best of both worlds."

The press release indicates that the cellular connectivity is optional, but it is not clear whether we can use this camera phone while on a regular basis, or if this feature is a feature of the second line.

According to Computerworld, the machine will be launched in the U.S. in April, priced at $ 299
